Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Spin Clash mobile game (the “Application”) provided by Codivo (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Licence to use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Gameplay and local multiplayer
You are responsible for the player name and conduct you use in local multiplayer sessions. Do not use offensive, unlawful, impersonating, or harmful names or attempt to disrupt another player’s device, connection, or match. Local multiplayer depends on compatible devices, granted permissions, and an available local or nearby connection; uninterrupted play is not guaranteed.
Virtual currency and digital content
Spin Points (SP), unlock tokens, battle tops, visual variants, arenas, mastery rewards, and other in-game items are virtual game content. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by the Application. We may adjust game balance, prices, rewards, availability, or progression when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the game.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment, cancellation, and refund rules. You are responsible for purchases made through your Google Play account. If purchased content cannot be delivered immediately, the Application may retry fulfilment after Google confirms the transaction.
Rewarded advertisements
Rewarded advertisements are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that the required viewing event was completed. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and closing or interrupting an advertisement before confirmation may result in no reward.
Cloud saves
Optional cloud saves depend on Google Play Games Services. Synchronisation may be delayed, unavailable, or produce a conflict between local and cloud progress. Where the Application presents a conflict choice, you are responsible for selecting the progress version you want to keep.
Intellectual property
The Application, its software, artwork, characters, names, audio, visual effects, text, and game systems are owned by or licensed to Codivo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Application content to you.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application. Features that rely on Google or device services may change when those services or platform requirements change. We may require an updated version for continued access to some features.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that local connections and third-party services will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of virtual progress, or inability to use the Application. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access where required by law or where use materially violates these Terms, threatens security, or harms other users or services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Application or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
