Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: July 10, 2026

1. No Stash Account

Stash does not create a Stash account. Because there is no Stash account, there is no server-side Stash account to delete.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Stash is designed as a local personal organization app. Item names, descriptions, categories, location notes, photos, local backups, and app preferences are stored on your device unless you choose to export or back them up.

You can delete local app data by deleting items inside the app, deleting local backup files, clearing the app data from Android Settings, or uninstalling the app.

3. Google Drive Backups

If you enabled Google Drive backup, backup files are stored in your own Google Drive account. Codivo/Stash does not host these backup files on its own servers.

You can delete Google Drive backups directly from your own Google Drive account.

4. Third-Party Services

Some data may be processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In, or Google Drive. Data controlled by Google can be managed through your Google Account settings and Google privacy controls.

5. Summary

Stash does not store your personal item database on Codivo/Stash servers. To remove app-related data, delete local data from your device and delete any Google Drive backup files from your own Google Drive account if you used Drive backup.
