Stash is provided as a personal productivity and organization tool for remembering where physical items are stored. By using Stash, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You are responsible for the item names, descriptions, categories, location notes, photos, and backup files you add to Stash. You should not store content that you do not have the right to store or content that violates applicable laws.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Google account, local backup files, and any exported or shared data.
Stash may offer both free features and Pro features. The free plan may include limits such as item count, photo count per item, available view modes, and ad-supported actions.
Pro access may unlock additional features such as unlimited items, unlimited photos, automatic backup, additional view modes, custom colors, custom fonts, and ad-free use for features included in Pro. Feature availability, limits, and pricing may change over time.
Free users may see ads, including rewarded ads, for certain actions. Ad availability is not guaranteed. If an ad cannot be loaded or completed, the related ad-supported action may not be available at that time.
Ads are provided through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob and are subject to their own policies.
Stash may provide local backup and optional Google Drive backup/restore features. Backups are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee that your data will always be available, complete, or restorable.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, keeping enough storage space available, keeping your Google account accessible, and checking that important backup files are usable.
App lock, biometric authentication, device credential authentication, and screen capture protection are convenience and privacy features. They do not replace full device security. You remain responsible for securing your device, operating system, Google account, and backup files.
Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Payment processing, refunds, cancellations, and purchase disputes are subject to Google Play policies. Codivo does not process your payment card details directly.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise invalidated, Pro access may be removed or disabled.
The Stash application, design, branding, code, icons, and related materials are owned by Codivo or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as allowed by applicable law.
You agree not to use Stash in a way that disrupts the app, violates laws, infringes rights, attempts to bypass purchase or ad systems, or interferes with Google Drive, Google Play, AdMob, or other third-party services.
Stash is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codivo is not liable for data loss, accidental deletion, backup failure, device failure, Google account issues, third-party service issues, lost access, lost profits, or indirect damages related to your use of Stash.
We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of Stash or update these Terms of Use at our discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Stash after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
