Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of NotiLoom’s local notification archiving and organization features.
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use are between you (the “User”) and Codivo (the “Publisher”), the publisher of NotiLoom. By downloading, opening, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Local Data Notice.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app. You should revoke notification access and remove the app from your device where appropriate.
2. Nature of the service
NotiLoom is a local software utility that may archive, display, search, group, categorize, filter, and summarize notifications delivered by Android after you grant notification-listener access. It may generate local statistics and smart insights from notification counts, timing, categories, app patterns, and archive state.
3. License and official distribution
The Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes. The app’s code, design, name, branding, and intellectual-property rights remain with the Publisher or applicable rights holders.
- Release builds may function fully only when installed from supported official stores, such as Google Play or Huawei AppGallery.
- Unofficial, altered, repackaged, or unverifiable builds may be blocked or may have notification-capture functionality disabled.
- Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, rent, sell, sublicense, or remove copyright or trademark notices from the app.
4. Notification access and service limitations
NotiLoom works only within Android notification access that you explicitly enable through Android settings. You may revoke that access at any time. The app may fail to capture notifications if access is disabled, the operating system restricts the service, a device manufacturer limits the notification listener, or battery/background controls affect the app.
NotiLoom may not capture notifications that Android does not deliver, masks, suppresses, delays, removes, silently updates, or that a source app hides. Notifications may be incomplete, late, duplicated, or categorized incorrectly. The app may also be affected by device settings, manufacturer software, app updates, security restrictions, or Android behavior.
You are responsible for checking the original app, account, or official source for critical matters, including security codes, payments, transportation, health, work, examinations, government notices, official notifications, and emergencies.
5. Your responsibilities
- Use the app only on devices, user profiles, and notifications that you own, control, or are legally authorized to use.
- Do not unlawfully retain, disclose, share, publish, or misuse personal, confidential, commercial, or third-party information that may appear in notifications.
- Maintain reasonable device security, including a screen lock, current operating-system updates, and app-lock settings where appropriate.
- Review stored notifications regularly and delete records you no longer need.
- Do not attempt to bypass notification, retention, deletion, installation-source, or security restrictions in the app.
6. Third-party content, apps, and links
NotiLoom does not own, control, represent, endorse, or guarantee the apps, services, persons, websites, messages, or links that generate notifications. The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, legality, safety, availability, or reliability of any notification content or third-party link.
Choosing to open a source app or a link displayed in a notification is your voluntary action. The destination app or website is operated under its own terms and privacy practices. The Publisher is not responsible for the content, operation, privacy practices, availability, or consequences of third-party services.
7. Local data, deletion, and recovery
NotiLoom does not operate a Publisher-controlled cloud archive for notification history. As a result, the Publisher cannot restore records deleted from your device, lost after a reset or uninstall, or unavailable on another device.
- Clearing all history is irreversible.
- Automatic cleanup may remove records older than the retention period you selected.
- Clearing Android app data or uninstalling the app may delete local records and preferences.
- A favorite marker is not a backup or retention guarantee; a record may still be removed by applicable cleanup behavior.
8. Statistics and smart insights
NotiLoom may generate local statistics and smart insights based on notification counts, time patterns, app/category distributions, repeated content, and archive state. These summaries are general informational features. They are not professional advice, legal conclusions, behavioral diagnoses, security guarantees, financial advice, health advice, or factual guarantees.
Smart insights are intended to appear in the app interface. By default, they do not create additional Android notifications. Results may be affected by incomplete, delayed, duplicated, removed, hidden, or incorrectly categorized notifications.
9. Updates and changes
The Publisher may update, modify, limit, suspend, or remove features for security, compatibility, bug fixes, performance, legal compliance, or product reasons. You are responsible for installing updates offered through supported official stores. An update-availability check does not guarantee that an update is available for every device, region, account, or time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NotiLoom is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Publisher does not make express or implied warranties that the app will operate without interruption, capture every notification, preserve complete records, remain error-free, be compatible with every device, provide timely information, fit a particular purpose, or recover local data.
Mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection, and liability rules, including rules that cannot legally be waived, remain unaffected. Subject to those rules, the Publisher is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or third-party losses, including loss of data, income, profit, business opportunity, reputation, or availability arising from third-party apps, links, Android behavior, device restrictions, source-app behavior, or use of the app outside its intended purpose.
11. Indemnity and rights violations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, demands, or losses directly arising from your unlawful use of the app, your infringement of a third party’s privacy, personality, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights, or your breach of these Terms. This provision does not remove consumer rights or other protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by revoking notification access, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. The Publisher may restrict or end some or all functionality for security, legal compliance, misuse, unofficial distribution, or technical reasons.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the law of Türkiye. However, mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, jurisdiction, and other non-waivable rules that apply to you remain in force. Unless mandatory jurisdiction rules require otherwise, the competent courts and enforcement authorities are determined under applicable law.
